Case Study: Social Bookmarking in the Enterprise

Published by Niall Cook July 6th, 2007 in Cogenz, Corporate Beta Program, Enterprise bookmarking

Thanks to our friends at BUPA, we just published a case study outlining how they are using social bookmarking to facilitate networking across their organisation.

BUPA was one of our first corporate beta sites so have been with us through a couple of versions, trialling Cogenz with 50 of their head office users to create a shared library of user-contributed information resources.

In general terms, they have found that at least 10% of their staff contribute bookmarks on a regular basis, with the rest "lurkers" monitoring for relevant information.

You can read the case study online, or download a PDF (192Kb).
